Timely Deliveries: Pick up packages from our warehouse and deliver them to customers’ addresses within designated time windows.
Route Planning: Plan and follow the most efficient routes for deliveries, adjusting for traffic conditions and customer requirements.
Documentation: Obtain customer signatures upon delivery, properly complete delivery receipts and logs, and report any delivery exceptions (e.g., address not found, refusal of delivery).
Package Handling: Ensure parcels are handled with care to prevent damage; load and unload packages safely.
Customer Service: Greet customers politely, confirm order details before handing over, and address any basic queries or direct them to the helpdesk.
Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine checks on the delivery vehicle (bike or van), keep it clean, and report any mechanical issues immediately.
Compliance & Safety: Adhere to all traffic laws, company vehicle-use policies, and safety guidelines at all times.
Reporting: Communicate daily delivery reports to the supervisor and escalate any delays or incidents promptly.
